Latest news from Friday, February 23rd...
We FINALLY have Letter of Invitation (LOI) information!!! Our LOI has been written and must go to the Minister of Education, have a number assigned to it and then "cabled" to the consulate in New York where it will be either fowarded to us or our adoption agency and then we will be told to start packing our bags!!! From what we have been told, March 17th looks like the day we will be traveling. This is still NOT concrete yet, so we are anxiously awaiting the news to order our plane tickets, visas, and START PACKING ! ! !
