Ricky started daycare/sitter this week :o(
I am dropping him off and Kristi is picking him up. I am having to wake him up in the mornings and it kills me b/c he is sleeping so sound when I go up and get him. We started to ignore his "cry outs" in the middle of the night b/c he was going immediately asleep as soon as we/grandparents picked him up...so he wasn't hungry or wet or messy, just cried out for no reason. On the third night, he slept all the way through the night- yeeeaaahhh!!!
Kristi took him for his 1 year checkup (13 months) on the 13th and he got 4 shots...weighed in at 21 lbs 8 oz (porker!!!) and was 29 inches long I think. The doc said he is almost overweight now. Today, Kristi had off and he got a temperature and the "on call" nurse thinks he is having a reaction to his MMR shot.
He wants to "walk" all over the house (having your pointer finger in each hand). He is not saying much right now but he is not far from walking. He has graduated from his soldier crawl to a hybrid between a real crawl and the soldier crawl...and boy can he scoot!!
The doc also said he is probably cutting 3-4 teeth and he 4th just broke through this week - fun stuff for him and for us!!!

Glad all is going well....we had to do the same with Lana and she was fine too and sleeps really well at night since those crying out days.
You are doing fine and hope it works out soon for Kristi to be home full-time.

Hey Guys - I love the pictures and posts. Ricky is such a cutie! The Nursery workers were so excited to have him in there yesterday. I know he's not feeling 100% today, but he'll be back to his usual self quickly. Kids are so resilient. Can't wait to play with him again! April Showers
